The Annual General Meeting is the yearly business meeting for the Institute, as per the Laws of the Institute. Each Region/Centre has representation at the AGM, which is its Councillor and the Voting Delegates, elected to represent each Region/Centre Committee.

The Presidents' Ball, hosted by the President and Immediate Past President, is the Institute's annual networking and social event to celebrate the continued successes of Architectural Technology and CIAT. Tickets include a pre-dinner drinks reception, three course dinner and a night of entertainment with music and dancing. The Gold Award recipients will be announced and presented. 2019 will be the last year of this memorable evening.

This event is split into two halves:

  • A Civic Reception courtesy of The Rt Hon The Lord Provost Councillor Eva Bolander
  • Buffet and ceilidh 

All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Street Connect, a charity who support disadvantaged individuals in their recovery from a variety of life controlling issues. Visit streetconnect.co.uk for further information.



A Taste of Glasgow: City walking tour

Whilst the AGM takes place, there will be a city walking tour open to all guests and partners to attend.
