Belfast: introduction to the NEC Professional Services Contracts

Many architects and other consultants are appointed under the NEC3 Professional Services Contract or its short equivalent especially for publicly funded work. In addition, consultants may well be appointed under one of these forms via the design and build route.
It is highly beneficial for architects to understand their contractual commitments to their client under the PSC and vice versa. This workshop provides a valuable introduction to these contracts.
NEC4 is now out and will also be covered in this workshop. Whilst public sector clients in Northern Ireland will be moving to NEC4 this is not expected to happen for approximately 12 months.
