The Institution of Structural Engineers is holding a Training Gym CPD event of 2018 which will explore communication skills.
 
Richard Henley will discuss the story board principle. This topic is aimed at the production of reports and presentations.
 
Michael Doherty will take a practical session - an introduction to sketching for Construction Professionals. Michael will look at the role of the pencil in a BIM world then lead a sketching session. Candidates will produce a range of sketches focussing on various aspects - scale, perspective etc.
 
The course will run from 1.15pm to 7.00pm approximately. Registration commences 1.00pm.
