Manchester | Blue Monday: Shining light on mental health
Open to all, this event aims to promote better, mentally healthier workplaces for everyone

The event will be open to all, promoting better, mentally healthier workplaces for everyone. This event aims to break down the barriers around mental health and deliver an evening of laughs and support.

We need to see real-life reflections of ourselves to feel represented, inspired and motivated - to be the best version of us. Role models whether in poetry, pose and plays, or on construction sites, can help to break down barriers and challenge misconceptions by showing others what can be achieved. This evening looks at just that.
