Identifying causes of failure and the selection of appropriate repair and conservation systems including traditional and appropriate modern materials and methods. Recommendations on the long term care and maintenance of cob domestic buildings.

Cost: There will be a fee of £20 per person to cover the cost of all refreshments for each individual course.

Time: Coffee will be available from 09:00 with a 09:30 start. The course will finish around 17:00.

Address of Venue: Shipwright School Classroom, Buckler’s Hard, Beaulieu, SO42 7XB

Road: At Beaulieu Village, follow the brown and white tourist signs to Buckler's Hard.

Parking: There is plenty of free car parking available at Bucklers Hard.

LunchA light lunch and refreshments will be available on the day with a lunchbreak scheduled.

Dietary and Mobility Requirements: Please kindly provide us with any dietary or mobility requirements.

Equipment: Where applicable a site visit is proposed as part of the day for the historic masonry, timber framed structures and joinery courses. Please bring appropriate footwear and clothes for less than favourable weather.
