Guided tour of a self-declared Passivhaus home.
The six bedroom property was completed in 2019, it has an insulated raft concrete base and timber frame imported from Latvia with plasterboard attached.
Although not certified, this project was designed using PHPP and is a self-declared
Passivhaus.
It takes place on Saturday 29 June at 10.30am.
