The purpose of the event is to discuss building standards, fire safety and any lessons that construction professionals in Ireland can learn following the Grenfell Tower tragedy.

There will be two speakers at the event:

Ben Bradford:  Topic:  The Importance of Fire Safety Information

Ben will talk about the importance of fire safety information for end users and occupiers of premises who may have the responsibility for (or some other interest in) the fire safety arrangements within a building or for anybody with responsibility at a wider organisational or strategic level.  BB7 has produced a guide to explain, in plain English, the key fire safety information required in order to comply with legislation and to assist in understanding fire related terms and documents and what they are likely (or what you should expect them) to contain.  All delegates will receive a copy of this guide.
