There are so many questions to be asked but potentially aren't because people don't want to offend or upset. However, without talking about LGBT+ issues, we are in danger of failing to support an estimated 7% of our colleagues.

This event's panel members will speak about their lives as LGBT+ individuals living and working in the construction industry. The floor will then be opened to questions, anonymously if you would prefer.
