How to produce better-performing buildings

The BSRIA (Building Services Research and Information Association) Soft Landings level 1 course will help clients and built environment professionals understand how Soft Landings can produce better-performing buildings.

Soft Landings is a BSRIA-led process, developed through published guidance and the collaborative Soft Landings User Group, that aims to help bridge the gap between design intent and actual performance.

This course will inform delegates about this quality-focused process that defines what clients require, establishes performance targets, continually reviews what is taking place, places greater emphasis on building readiness at handover and then stays involved with a building to fine-tune it and learn how it really performs.

All delegates will get a free copy of The Soft Landings Framework and Soft Landings Core Principles. Delegates will also receive a CPD certificate and the slides used in the presentation.
