The Rushlight Summer Showcase is brings together over 250 cleantech developers and sustainable solution providers, active European investors & financiers, corporate venturers, government departments, consultants, intermediaries, advisers and businesses looking to source suppliers and partners for an improved level of sustainability in their supply chain and operations.
The event sponsored and supported by Innovate UK, BEIS, Enterprise Ireland, Venner Shipley, Climate-KIC, Granted Consultancy and Stephens Scown, this is a new event which follows the successful 8th year of the Rushlight Show and the 10th anniversary Rushlight Awards.
The Summer Showcase comprises of:
1. An Exhibition of over 60 of the latest innovations in cleantech, including the Innovate UK Energy Catalyst Round 3 Showcase and an Enterprise Ireland Pavilion.
2. A Conference, opened by a senior representative from BEIS, with 40 companies presenting their cutting edge new technologies, with direct input from BEIS and Innovate UK.
3. Investor Networking over an extended lunch break, enabling investors to meet up and for cleantech companies to approach investors.
Already registered to be in the audience are senior representatives from Wates Group, Statoil Energy Ventures, Legal & General Capital, Sinvestec, Ofgem, Seismic Ventures, InnoEnergy, Mitsui, Eon, O2/ Wayra UK, EcoMachines Ventures, Johnson Matthey, Innovate UK, KTN, BEIS, Adapt Cocoon Equity LLP, Energy Technologies Institute, National Grid, Green Angel Syndicate, Energy Systems Catapult, Earth Angel Investors and Sustainable Venture Development Partners. In addition, we have entered into arrangements with The Syndicate Room and Forbury Investment Network for 30 cleantech business angel/ crowdfunding investors to attend. This event will therefore create a singular opportunity for cleantech companies and the broadest range of investors to meet.
