A free introductory session on CDM regulations
On Monday 24 February 2020 from 08:00 for an 08:15 start at the Nick Whitehead Theatre, off the main reception of the Wrexham Glyndŵr University Plas Coch Campus, off Mold Road, LL11 2AW. There will be free parking.
The session will cover:

History and background to the CDM Regulations and key principles.

Role of the HSE and enforcement.

Key changes implemented in 2015.

Roles and responsibilities.

Focus on the Principal Designer and Client Roles.

Implications for building envelope specification.
-
Design phase, construction phase and in use/maintenance phase.

Correct specifications and case studies.
