Members and affiliates can apply for CSCS cards to prove professional status whilst on site.

These cards are increasingly demanded as proof of occupational competence by contractors, public and private clients and others.

The Professionally Qualified Person's Card (PQP)

  • You must be a Chartered Architectural Technologist - MCIAT or FCIAT.
  • Pass the Managers and Professional Level Health, Safety and Environment test.
  • Submit a copy of your membership card with your application to confirm current membership.

The Academically Qualified Person's Card (AQP)

  • You must be a an Associate member or an affiliate with a relevant academic qualification (HNC/HND/FdSc/degree or above).
  • Pass the Managers and Professional Level Health, Safety and Environment test.
  • Submit a copy of your HNC/HND/FdSc/degree with your application.
