Authorised Nominating Authority to develop and oversee training and qualification for adjudicators in Canada

The Ministry of the Attorney General of the Province of Ontario has initiated the process to procure an Authorised Nominating Authority to develop and oversee training and qualification for adjudicators, maintain a registry of qualified adjudicators and perform other functions set out in the Construction Act 2018.

The call for applications was posted online on 15 March 2019.

Interested parties may register as applicants by contacting the application administrator by email at: [email protected]

Only registered applicants will be provided access to download and respond to the call for applications.

Responses to the call for applications are due 5 April 2019.
