BIM survey: Scotland

The Scottish BIM Supplier Group is conducting a survey aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of BIM awareness across practitioners working on projects north of the border.

The survey follows the announcement by Scottish Government on 6 April advocating adoption of BIM Level 2 on public projects and the role of the Scottish BIM Supplier Group in building awareness within the supply chain to facilitate the optimum response.

The anticipation is that the survey will be run again in 12 months time with the aim of showing improvement in awareness across the Scottish Construction Industry Supply Chain.

The survey feedback is important to establish industry need and the BIM Suppliers Group's response to that
