Call for Evidence – Reform of the Green Deal Framework

The Institute has been advised of a call for evidence on the reform of the Green Deal Framework (further information on this can be accessed here).

This Call for Evidence is being published alongside the Government’s Clean Growth Strategy, which sets out a comprehensive set of policies and proposals that aim to accelerate the pace of 'clean growth', that is, to deliver increased economic growth and decreased emissions.

The call for evidence is intended to improve our knowledge of stakeholders’ views on the Green Deal Framework, and whether there is scope for changing the Framework so that it can better support current and future needs.

The response that we provide as an Institute will provide views on the Framework as a whole, all the elements within it and on factors that may warrant changes to it.  The government will ensure throughout any review that the interests of consumers are foremost.

In order for your comment(s) to be considered and included in the Institute’s response, please ensure that your response is forwarded to Graham Chalkley, Assistant Practice Director, at [email protected] by Friday 17 November 2017.
