Yorkshire based CIAT Registered Practice wins Award

One Design Architectural Services wins the Best Residential Architecture Practice, West Yorkshire at the Build 2018 Architecture Awards

One Design Architectural Services, a CIAT Registered Practice, has won the Best Residential Architecture Practice, West Yorkshire at the Build 2018 Architecture Awards.

This award is a true acknowledgement of the team's hard work and endeavour to continually deliver exactly what our clients are looking for.

An example of our client commitment was a recent project to deliver an inspiring high specification contemporary living space in a traditional village in North Yorkshire. The team worked tirelessly to deliver the scheme in line with the clients expectations, utilising natural stone and complimentary wood cladding with eco-friendly systems to reduce the carbon footprint including a self maintained sedum roof, ground source heat pumps, heat recovery systems and grey water collection. These well thought through elements helped drive the project forward to achieve the required planning permission and the recognition from the council as a dwelling that will be an 'eye catching emblem for Embsay'.'
