CITB UK Construction Professional Services Research

Assistance required for members to take part in an interview exploring how UK Construction Professional Services firms may be impacted by Brexit.

The Institute has been approached by IFF Research who have been commissioned by CITB to conduct a research project exploring how UK Construction Professional Services firms may be impacted by the UK’s decision to leave the EU. The interviews will take the form of a telephone interview and are being conducted between 21 August and w/c 9 September 2019.

The interview will last around 45 minutes and IFF will be speaking to both sector representatives and large employers. The aim of the session is to explore recruitment challenges and opportunities the sector may face following Brexit, including:

  • The current recruitment and skills requirements of the sector
  •  Employment of non-UK workers in Professional Services roles
  • Understanding of qualifications achieved from non-UK institutions or bodies
  • Impacts of potential visa restrictions on the movement of workers

If you feel this is something you can assist us with, or you have any queries or concerns, please contact Olivier Royant, Qualitative Interviewing Services at IFF Research via email at [email protected] by Wednesday 4 September 2019.
