DRY: Drought Risk and You

Members required for research into drought and construction

The University of the West of England is looking for members who would like to be interviewed on the subject of drought and construction for a project entitled 'Drought Risk and You' (DRY).

The DRY project is looking for specific examples of either drought and heat impacts on buildings, mitigations and adaptations, water saving and storage strategies, such as design of water harvesting and recycling that have been used in buildings/projects, and how water management that deals with floods and drought is or might be incorporated in to the built environment.

They would particularly like to hear from members in North Bristol and South Gloucestershire, South Wales (around the Ebbw Valley) and Cornwall (around Bodmin and down to the south coast).

To take part in an interview (30-45 minutes) please contact Liz Roberts, Research Fellow. Email [email protected]
