Independent review of planning appeal inquiries: report

This report summarises the findings of the Rosewell Review and makes recommendations to improve and speed up planning appeal inquiries.

On 19 December 2018 Bridget Rosewell submitted her independent report on planning appeal inquiries to the Secretary of State.
