'Nuisance calls'

A note on receiving calls from 'nuisance callers'.

We have again been made aware that some members have recently been targeted by ‘nuisance callers’, claiming to have received their contact details via CIAT.

To confirm, CIAT does not give out our members’ personal details and does not take part in or endorse any sales calls or the practice of cold calling.

The Directory of Practices on the website may be a target to cold callers. If you suspect that you or your practice have been contacted by a suspected cold caller, please contact the Communications Department to make us aware or email us at [email protected] with details; we can then take the necessary actions.
