In the event of a 'no-deal'

The government has recently published an additional set of Technical Notices providing advice to firms on preparations for leaving the EU (on 29 March 2019) without an agreement. These can be accessed via the link below:

The Technical Notices cover a range of issues. From the perspective of the construction sector, BEIS has drawn our attention to those relating to the product regulations for harmonised and non-harmonised goods, and that conformity assessments by  UK notified bodies will no longer be recognised, requiring retesting.

There are also Technical Notices covering mobile roaming, passports, procurement, access to the European Regional Development Fund and industrial emissions.
