The 2019-20 European and UK Property Awards took place in London last week.

European and United Kingdom property industry professionals from across the fields of architecture, property development, interior design and real estate celebrated on 24 and 25 October respectively at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London as they collected their 2019-20 United Kingdom Property Awards. The Winners received their accolades from Mr Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, Lord Caithness, Chairman of the International Property Awards and Mr Peter Bolton King Global Director of Professionalism and Ethics at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards said, “Once again the United Kingdom property professionals have excelled in every single category. I very much look forward to seeing how many coveted ‘World’s Best’ titles the UK can achieve against the strong competition from across the globe in December.”

Of the European Property Awards, he said,“I am delighted to see such a strong representation from across the European property industry this year with a high standard of entries raising the bar. I look forward to seeing how many ‘World’s Best titles Europe can achieve when up against the other highly competitive regions across the globe.”

Over 500 entries combined were scrutinised by the judging committee chaired by four UK Lords and over 80 industry professionals. The European and United Kingdom Property awards are part of the globally recognised International Property Awards which have been running for over 25 years. Covering 48 different categories, the awards are open to residential and commercial professionals with regional heats staged across the Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, Arabia, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA and UK regions.

Over 80 United Kingdom winners and over 100 European winners at country level have also been nominated to compete against other companies in the United Kingdom and European regions to become Best in the United Kingdom/Europe and perhaps ultimately Best in the World.
