UK’s finest bag top accolades at the 2018 UK Property Awards

International and UK Property Award winners announced

Top UK property industry professionals proved themselves to be the very best in their field as they collected their 2018-19 UK Property Awards on 26 October. The glittering awards presentation was held at Royal Lancaster hotel London, where the accolades were presented by the Earl of Liverpool, Chairman of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards and Ben Newman, Area Manager of Salice UK, the 2018 International Property Awards official sponsor.

The UK Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, which are in their 25th year and are open to residential and commercial professionals from around the globe. Covering 48 different categories, regional heats are staged for Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, Arabia, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA and UK. Over 200 entries were scrutinised by the judging committee chaired by The Earl of Caithness, Lord Best and The Earl of Liverpool together with over 80 industry professionals. The Awards are supported by CIAT and a number of Chartered Members are judges for the Awards.

Over 100 UK companies received awards for categories ranging across property development, real estate, interior design and architecture. UK winners at county level include 73 companies that have also been nominated to compete against other companies in the UK regions to become Best in UK and perhaps ultimately Best in the World. Results at these levels were announced at the International Property Awards ceremony on 3 December at the Savoy Hotel in London, United Kingdom
